By accessing or using NetCrush AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NetCrush AI. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not comply.
3. Description of Service
NetCrush AI provides an AI-powered companion chat platform for entertainment purposes only. All characters and conversations are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
- Impersonate other users or characters.
- Use the service to generate or distribute harmful content.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including character designs, names, and AI responses — is owned by or licensed to NetCrush AI. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
NetCrush AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetCrush AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
